Ten Golden Rules of Health

#1 Stop putting poisons into your body.
This is probally the most important thing in the whole list. Without getting into the why knots, I'm going to give a list of the don'ts.
-conola oil
-margarine
-aspartame
-splenda
-any diet product "die"
-illegal drugs
-legal over the counter drugs
-prescription drugs
-nonfiltered water
-nonorganic food
-don't put anything on your skin that you would not put in your mouth
-fast food
#2 It takes 5-7 times the normal amount of nutrition to build and repair than it does to maintain.
A storm(disease) comes along and knocks down part of your house(body). It takes a lot of material(nutrition) to build and repair the broken down home(body). When the house is rebuilt it will not take much for the owner to maintain what he has created.
#3 Nothing heals in the human body in less than 3 months, then add one month for every year that you have been sick.
No magic bullet here. Be patient and healing will come.
#4 Have moderation in all things.
#5 Make peace with nature.
#6 Live closer to GOD.
This does not mean you have to go to church. God is with you at all times. You have to choose to be with him.
#7 You have to take responsibility for yourself and your health.
We have customers coming into our store all the time that are not the ones in need. There are times when the person in need can not come in. For the most part this is not true. If you want be healed, then "own" your disease. Don't let someone else take on the burden all by thereself.
#8 Eat as much raw food as possible.
#9 Exercise regularly for the rest of there life.
Have you ever seen water than has stopped moving? It becomes stagnant. The same happens to us. This does not mean go join a gym. This means just move, walk, garden, anything.
#10 Practice and learn to understand completely Hering's law of cure, which is " All cure starts from within out and from the head down and in reverse order as the symtoms have appeared."
